On the bottom of the Chatbox was a warning. All product issue's were for the forums, not the CB. The CB was for light chat only. Some customers thought they would get faster service using it, while the non-paid subscribers were beating the 2-post PM limit on un-paid accounts.

It was either hand out infractions or ban people.
