Default Compensation if banned?

Hi there,

In the past I've been using the RageKings cheats frequently to get myself a few ranks up faster to unlock the better weapons.
As I switched to another cheatsite I found myself banned because the cheat was detected the day after I played with it. Now this didn't happen here but I wonder, what if I get banned because the cheat (in this case BF3 is the one I want to buy) got detected? Do I get a compensation?
I mean, at the other cheatproviders' website I got a new BF3 cd-key, do you guys do this too?

I don't believe anyone does this, how can you prove you haven't used public hacks on the account?

Yes they do, I'd like to give you the name of the website but I don't think its allowed here...
Anyways, they just wanted proof of my name being on the Master Ban List and if it isn't on there join a MBL-streaming server. The MBL records the cheat used so that is how they identified that it was their cheat that got me banned...

No, bans are part of hacking. We haven't had a detection in over 14 months. You will get Admin banned from Individual Servers, nothing anyone can do about that. But we've only had 2 PB detections in last 2 yrs, and both of those have been a long time ago. I was in a PB server using this and watching people get banned in every server for aimbots, and nothing happens to me.
