I don't understand the question...you can use any Paypal account you have to purchase, just follow the example in the Paypal Payments thread.

For the last time, you didn't send it to us, and I highly doubt you sent anything anywhere. That transaction number does not reference anything we have received. I advise that you go take it up with Paypal. If you did send something, you should be able to cancel it.
As a matter of fact, why don't you post a screenshot of this transaction?
