I personally think Post "count" shouldnt have anythign to do with it... YES it does show "activity" but STAFF position's min requirements should be a little like this ???? lol

know the hack ( not internals ONLY the King knows that ) but knows all in's and outs.
have a grand knowledge of software needed to have hack working, be tech minded (knows windows operating system inside and out..ect) EVEN if your not "tech staff" all Staff should be tech support... just my opinion LOL
