When you install or run programs on Vista, you have to run the programs as admin, to do this you "Right click the file then select Run As Administrator".

Save your Loader to its own folder when you extract the files and not directly on your desktop.

I ran netframe as admin but it still sayed setup error when I tried to install.I even made sure to make a folder for itself and to not put in desktop.Why is all of this complicated?
