Okay, so after not playing CA in a while i decided to come back. of course with hacks simply because it makes a game more enjoyable and easier not to rage quit if you can turn on "revenge mode" as I like to put it. I used to be with fpscheats and bought a month subscription last night and have spent around 6 hours online trying to get any assistance getting the effing product to work. I've given up and resigned to the fact that they fucked me out of 20$. I want to know that if I buy a subscription here, can I get anyone right now, an admin or mod who can help me with installing and getting the hacks to work if I have issues and simply not warn me that if i dont be patient I'll get banned. I'm sorry if its taboo to mention a name of a competitive hacking website, but I'm am just so fed up at this point, i'd like for some help from some half way decent people.

The hack is very simple to operate and when your having issues staff will help you out or what would be the best thing is hop on Teamspeak and we will even Teamview you to make sure all is well. There will be times of the day where you may not receive a response in a couple hours due to the time zones and people working but usually the response/assistance is within the first couple hours if not right away.

is there any admin/mod on right now that controls activation of accounts or gives access to the hack? or what is the team speak info? I would really like to just be given access to the hack for 10 min or so to make sure it works, even with a moderator/admin teamviewing me to help. I am ready to buy at any time, dont get me wrong, I was just literally ripped off 20$ so I dont want to be out another 17$ is all. I know its kind of a selfish request, but I am literally /face desking after what i've been through today.

Spartan does not offer test runs due to the fact we would be obligated to do it for everyone if we gave you the option. Luckily though if for some reason your hack does not work and staff can't for what ever reason figure out a solution, WE WILL gladly refund you like we have done numerous times in the past for other members. Same with downtime, when the hack is down for more then 48 hours, we extend your subscription for the days lost.

that is nice, I do appreciate that aspect. do you know if there is any mods on at the moment doing purchase verifications? because, again, being selfish lol, I'd rather not wait forever after I pay for the hacks to be able to use them, although I do realize my game time wont start until after I am authorized. I'm just a bit OCD on the side.... /sigh im so difficult, I am sorry

Ya, I think I gave you the wrong IP but if your online, then yes that is the right one so just chill and check up once in awhile till someone is online.
