In the span of a year, there have been 3. Two numbered bans and one Bullshit GUID ban. Not everyone got popped each time. The last stretch undetected was 4 months.

We have had 3 punkbuster detections since we release, 2 regular detections and 1 detection that was a result of a public hack using same screenshot cleaning method as I did, witch ofcause have been updated.
The hack has been down for aprox 10-14 days since 04-2010.
